It's quite hard to think of a proper child villain, in that I mean a child who self conciously takes the wayward path by his or her own choice. So the one that I think fits the bill is Li'l Ze' from City of God a despicable murderer before his teens had even set in. Also the young Micheal Myers from Halloween a six year old evil nut pretty much ticks the box as well.
