Hi,
I'm trying as hard as I can to contact an eBay member named Ralph Lewis
out of Atlanta, Georgia who goes by xxxdirector . He's won almost 20
Auctions from me over the past 60 days and has yet to make payment on any of
them. I've sent 7 or 8 emails, none of which have been answered---plus, the
telephone number for him I received through eBay is disconnected.
Any assistance in this matter would be greatly
appreciated,
