Presumably this is the lead-in to charging for use of Turbolister (long mooted) and making the laborious SYI function either cheaper or free... probably free to lure back their dwindling base of small sellers - the bread and butter they so roundly dismissed in their misguided bent on world domination. They telegraph every advance change leading to increasing costs in this fashion. As painfully predictable as the "user enhanced" jargon that will accompany such rises.
