I doubt it's a fake (unless it has the other minty white attributes) but a mis-printed run.... which may or not have been corrected
As for the incorrect billing.... While it has been known for producers to swap running order of credits as "producers" for different territories and different reasons, I cannot imagine a director (or the SGD for that matter) having a director miscredited as a producer. What would be more interesting to discover is whether there are inserts out there that have the correct director billing (indicating a second run... that sort of a cock-up is likely on a first, incorrectly proofed artwork). Any other paper have the rversed credits? Nothing in the Nixdorf book indicates it.
