Why don't take it this way; the Jews sit shiva for 5 days (someone
will correct me if it's 7) and that seems respectful to me. That's
for someone we know. How about 3 days for someone we don't? I feel
respect is important here; I mean we get to talk about these
personalities whenever we like, criticize them, and dissect them.
Isn't it right that we show some period of respect when they pass?
There was so much more respect when I was a little girl. Whatever
happened to that?????
