Pristine MINT condition is a must if you hope to sell it. Most people
who bought sheet music couldn't resist writing or stamping there names
on the music and they marked the sheet music itself emphasizing notes
and breaks etc. Music that has been  marked as I described is worth very
little, a few dollars depending on the song. Even sheet music in
pristine mint condition is not usually worth more than $25 because it
was printed and reprinted in great quantity. FRANC
