This is the dumbest thing I've ever seen and a total
misunderstanding of intellectual property law and copyright. The
poster you listed was a promotional poster for a film in which
Mara Corday assigned perpetual promotional rights to the
producing movie company. By selling the poster publicly you are
not infringing on any intellectual property rights, anymore than
selling a Larry Rivers signed poster on Ebay is infringing on
Larry Rivers' rights. Ebay like Amazon just doesn't want to have
to defend any lawsuits, so it is taking the easy way out and just
deleting your listing.
