I went and checked my settings as the link you provided instructed and,
sure enough, my preferences (hah!) were set to "Yes, sure, go ahead and
give everyone in the galaxy permission to use my images in their own
auctions, why the hell not?"
Apparently Ebay is setting all seller accounts to "Yes" by default.
We need to change that old phrase to read "Let the Ebayer beware."
