Hi Experts,

I recently purchased a number of posters from the 30’s
that measure approximately 22 wide and 28 high.  They are on a heavy stock
paper, looks like cardboard.  They have the theatre’s name at the
top with the dates and times of the showings.  They remind me of oversized
window cards.  Most are in vibrant color like those of Crash Pilot, Libeled
Lady, A Farmer Takes a Wife, several Dionne Quint films, One In a Million, a
Will Rogers Film, but others are in muted tones such as Suzy with Jean Harlow
and
Dimples with Shirley Temple and Maid of Salem with Claudette Colbert.  The
graphics are really great, however, can someone tell me about this size poster
since I have never had this size before.  I found a few window cards, one
for Harold Lloyd, so they all seem like window cards, just different sizes.
I also purchased some cards that measure between the 22 x 28 and the standard
window card for titles like Camille and Swing High Swing Low.  You may
have talked about this before, but please educate me about the sizes of these
posters.  Thanks, Marc
