We are currently missing 11 items from Heritage's last signature auction. I am working with their customer service dept. right now to try and straighten it out. It is approximately $4000.00 worth of posters. We won about 30 items and we received the rest....although it took over 3 weeks to get them. Heritage says they were shipped to us, but I would bet they were sent to someone else by mistake.
