good point, but may be tooooooooooo late.? who's gonna follow-up??
however, i am a firm believer that the greatest protector against fraud is the
AMERICAN EXPRESS GOLD CARD.? I have had issues with non-poster items when
paypal refused to consider the claim.? American Express got me the credit
immed.? In fact reps at AMEX who are so super-friendly told me that Paypal is
afraid of them.? GREAT!!!!!
One problem that i had was that a package never arrived from france.? Paypal
said i filed the claim one day too late, and closed the file.??AMEX got me all
the money.?
Another time, for the non-receipt, paypal said "No" because there was no money
in seller's acct.? AMEX got me the money in 2 days!!!!?
Other times, i have called Paypal and said, you either give me the credit or i
will call AMEX.? Paypal put me on hold, and said that they will make an
"exception" and give me the credit.
REMEMBR........AMEX GOLD OR BETTER!!!!? AMEX seems to have a policy that the
entire purchase must be paidwith the card, so clear all the money out of your
acct, and then use AMEX.
