I bought the "Tomcats" one sheet years ago. I loved it then, and I love it now. It is displayed next to "Problem Girls" poster I also love. Buy what you like, and if you're a visionary like Michael or me, the buying public will eventually catch up. I remember when Realart was considered worthless junk, now they're making expensive restrikes. "Tomcats" COULD be next. great image: love the pose!

It proves that all those sleazy poster collectors were very prescient. All the jeering I took here on Mopo for my WTB adverts. All the sideways looks at Cinevent. All the whispers and accusations of a collection gone horrible off the rails of filth.

Ha! Now who's laughing?!

In truth, it may show that the hobby is doing what everybody always nags about and such... picking up some new blood. People who are not so into older movies and the memories and nostalgia and simply like to buy some cool looking posters that are fun. Collecting is fun! And anybody buying my Tomcats poster can be assured that I have never sold any sleazy restrikes, repros or forgeries! My dirt is true!

Take care,
Michael

p.s. I think Tomcats is a far more interesting poster than the other one that I can't even recall the title of.

What does the above say about the hobby? And how long before we see "Tomcats" fake one-sheets?
