Those were the days. The one that immediately popped into my mind was "Beach,
Blanket, Bingo" (I know, I know!!), at a theater on Hollywood Blvd. I saw tons
of them when it cost twenty five cents to get into the movies as a kid. My
friends and I would go around and collect old coke bottles to get the money.
Wow, what a blast!!

I’d visit my grandmother in Ada, Oklahoma for a month each summer. She owned a
dress shop next door to the McSwain Theater. I’d spend many days in the
theater watching movies over and over.

The film I remember watching most was Viva Las Vegas! Woohoo! Ann Margaret
and E.

remember the days when they didn't clear the theatre, and you could stay all
day?

POLLING: as a kid, what movie did you see at the theatre OVER & OVER & OVER
without a break?

(((((AND remember, those were probably the days of the double-deature....so it
was really 2 movies!!!)

MY ANSWER: SAFE AT HOME------------------- at167th street and the grand
concourse at the LUXOR theatre (no longer there----or does that go without
saying???)
