Tom/Dave, I believe distributor UIP was only set  up in late 1981, so that 
would make it 80s or later.
In fact, checking against learnaboutmovieposters - they have  it as 1983.
 
learnaboutmovieposters also have the Dr No as 1980, because of printer  
Rotopress. 
Thunderball is also Rotopress, so guess that must be 1980-ish too  (The 
Thunderball re-release I have is Grafitalia.)
