Simon, I can't think of any auction house that doesn't have to deal
with various lawsuits regularly
people sue for all sorts of reasons from honest screwings to false
claims. The bigger you are, the more lawsuits you have to deal with
just like McDonalds and Wal Mart
so the question is not "is it normal" the real question is "are these
honest lawsuits"
