Gotta love that ebay  personal touch. 
When doing a  quick search to see if ebay does actually care about anything 
other than Vero  complaints, I found the following article from Sept 2008:-

Has anybody heard  about this before? Thought it was a hoax at first, a
pparently not. A  hare-brained scheme if it falls into the wrong hands perhaps, 
but at least it  shows ebay have been trying to think up new ways to reduce 
listing violations …  as long as it doesn’t cost them anything. 
BTW please take care  when typing “enhanced member” into a search engine. 
I think you know what I  mean.
