Excellent point!  

 

I don't know when that interview was done but if it was done a week ago, that 
would have been before the font differences, spacing and print issues came out.

 

If the interview was done within the last day or two, he didn't address it 
because I guess he still believes it's real, and honestly, in a way, I can't 
blame the guy.

He's relying totally on John Davis's "expert" opinion and John believes the 
poster is 100% real.

So did you do the initial linen backing of this poster as well as any restore 
work that was done to it? I know you mentioned a type of cardboard backing or 
something similar was initially on the copy you worked on.
