Sure, John at Poster Mountain screwed up. Having said that,
scrapping his authentication service is a huge mistake. His problem
is that he rolled it out too quickly. There were certain factors and
elements that he needed to incorporate which he clearly didn't...and
that led to the situation involving the Dracula.
Someone needs to pick up the ball and run with it. Who?
