I had the great pleasure of seeing Edward Woodward as song-and-dance-man on Broadway in "High Spirits" with the incomparable Bea Lillie. This delightfuly piece from the mid-60s is a musicalization of Noel Coward's "Blithe Spirit." And just recently I had the pleasure of spending quality time with another of his co-stars from that delightful show, the wonderful Tammy Grimes, who appeared at the recent Tennessee Williams Festival in Clarksdale, MS. She's been coming for the past 4 years and was wonderful in a reading of Williams' "Portrait of a Madonna." Joe B in NOLA
