As Brek stated, R&R has been inbusiness since about 1980 and they use PSA for their high priced items.  They stopped issuing the PSA Letters and know have PSA pre-certiified, so if you want the full letter it's an extra charge. I recently acquired a SChulz "Snoopy" sigend sketch and Marlon Barndo signature (quite rare as he hated signing autographs and usually refused) I have started to use JSA (James Spence) more because one he doesn;t take as long as PSA and he has a more seasoned staff of experts on each particular field, i.e. John Reznicoff for Historical, etc.  Also, James is the former Lead authenticator for PSA before he venturedon his own.  But, either PSA or JSA are solid sources of authentication as the major auction houses use them. If you buy from RR Auction it is gauanteed for life with a short PSA/DNA letter. Full certification with the mark is $50 extra on items won if requested.
