I remember watching night court and how they use to mock Mel Torme , like he was a joke. Wel, I am not ashamed to say I always thought he was terrific. And, I just found these great videos on YouTube. Nice Christmas pieces.
The Judy Garland Christmas Special is a gem. So I went to Amazon and ordered the full DVD. Mel once did a "scat" routine with Ella Fitzgerald that was amazing but I cannot find it anywhere.
