yesterday, when i emailed a seller asking what restoration work was done on his
poster, he responded an hour later:
" I had the sheet cleaned by Carol Tincup of Pheonix Int...it was returned
flat and been stored that way since....i've owened it 15 yrs along with 1000
others.....i made a mistake which i will honor buy it now until 12
tonight..when it will become a regular auction....this is 1/2 what i want and a
fraction of its worth.....thanks for your interest....
well, he never changed the BUY-IT-NOW price nor remove the Best Offer Option
---NOR DID HE TELL ME THE ANSWER REGARDING RESTORATION.
