Considering what certain sellers ask for posters on ebay does it really
make a difference if a person asks $$1 million, $500,000, $250,000 or a tiny
$24,995 for a poster worth a fraction of that price? It is these
ridiculous prices that are ruining this hobby and driving many away from ebay.
I
rarely buy a poster these days except from Bruce H, Heritage or a seller that
I have done business with through the years. Newbies make poster finds
and then look at ebay and most likely search using "highest price" first.
Where else would anyone come up with such a ridiculous price except by
looking at ebay and getting ideas from those majestic prices?

I contacted the seller of the Beatles poster to explain the true meaning
of the numbers in the lower right corner. He sent a nice response. Now I
notice that he included some of the text from my email in the description
but if I am not mistaken he has doubled the buy it now price. I showed him
where this poster was being offered for $1500 to $2000 throughout the
internet so he raises the asking price to nearly a million bucks but says make
him an offer he can't refuse..... What a hoot some folks are....
