I am looking at some invoices that I have from 1962-63 from a variety of
Poster Services.
One from Theater Poster Service on Sheridan St,in Oklahoma never uses the
word Poster to describe anything other than the title of its business.
In fact a half-sheet is described as 22x28 Photo; other terms of art are
8x10 still;One sheet;Three sheet; Six sheet;11x14 sets; 1col mat; etc.
The word poster is similarly absent from most of the invoices I have from
other services as well. More about what sizes do you need and how many?
In fact the only common term I see from most of these services, when
referring to their product, is something like "Please return all paper every
week"

how many times do you scroll ebay and open a page for an item listed as a
"poster", and it is a half sheet you have long been
seeking..................then you open the page and it is merely a title card?
