I always watch *It's a Wonderful Life *and the original *Miracle on 34th Street*. My favorite unusual choice (thank you to Steve for mentioning it) is *Curse of the Cat People *(too often ignored or dismissed)
Recently saw *It Happened on Fifth Avenue. A* charming film. A bit dated and overlong in spots, but well acted and worth watching at least once. *The Great Rupert *was a lot of fun as well and not just because of Jimmy Durante.
