I have to agree with Franc too. For many dealers, most of the items they list do not sell (asking prices are too high) so, they will be paying less fees for the majority of their items.

If you list at a price above $.99, the insertion fees will be drastically reduced. I think this is a smart move because the dealer only winds up paying a 9% commission if the item sells.
