Rick,
Nah, that does not fly as any kind of excuse or rationale. Look, this
seller has over 6,000 positive Ebay feedbacks! Surely after all that
they now have an intimate understanding of the rigors of shipping and
know what to do to prevent damage to valuable items handed over to the
Post Office. This is seller negligence and amounts to the item being
"not as described" since they were described as near-mint and that is
NOT how people are receiving them. And this result is clearly not the
fault of the Post Office, but the fault of the seller who knew better
and apparently didn't give a damn.

Just wanted to say that the Help! one sheets I received were exactly
as described. I think the total problem was in the method of
shipment--that the tubes were not as sturdy as they should have been.
This is not an example of any deception whatsoever in terms of the
condition of the posters BEFORE they were shipped.
I bought 4 of them in all and because I only live a few miles away
from the dealer, the tube arrived in perfect condition. But obviously
it was not a sturdy enough tube and in some instances couldn't
withstand being sent a longer distance. There was no hidden agenda
here on the seller's part in terms of the condition of the Help! one
sheets PRIOR to being shipped.
