Interesting logic, Channing. I just wonder, how do the 'qualified
dealers' get hold of any new material? Not sure if I'm 'qualified',
but I sure am a dealer and I'm buying stuff all the time.
Now I can't travel the world and personally pick up any poster I buy
in person, can you?

The problems with this particular scenario illustrate why people
should make every effort to work with qualified dealers with plenty
of experience in all areas of the hobby.
