in case you folks haven't noticed
about a month or so ago, Paypal adopted something that already irks
me about fleaBay:
when you win something on fleaBay, they no longer supply you with an
email address to contact the seller, forcing you to logon to fleaBay
and messaging via the crappy messaging system they have.
Paypal as of a month or so ago no longer provides you with an email
for buyers sending you money
so if you want to contact your buyer, you must now logon to Paypal
and view the payment and grab the email address
it is totally ridiculous.
that's not all.. Paypal was getting "too many phone calls" so they
stopped listing the customer service phone number on the account
viewing page and it isn't available via their contact page which
wasn't working earlier this week (dead link)
so in order to find the number, I had to search for the Paypal Phone
numbers page from this site:
http://www.paypalsucks.com/PayPalPhoneNumbers.shtml
I did indeed call Paypal and it took me 5 minutes to get a person
after all the freaking phone prompts
in other words, they have - like fleaBay - just made it that much
more difficult for sellers to conduct business and wasting more of my
time in order to run business.
if there was just a payment system that worked as well as Paypal
otherwise does.......
