When I see contained in the description the following words: "VERY difficult to find in Near Mint condition because the card stock can crease easily."
That implies, to me at least, that they are talking about the poster being sold, not some non seguitur info. It is only below those words,that we see a grading of C7 for the poster actually being sold. Below that, if you read choose to read the IGuide we are told that a Near Mint would be graded C9 Oh, BTW Grades C8,C9 and C10 are all the most important designee,Investment Grade, so if you read carefully at least you will not be expecting this unbelievably rare poster to dramatically increase in value.
