Hey, no problem. Meg will fix California's debt problems overnight: She
will simply double all user fees (income taxes, permits, cost of a
driver's license, sales tax rate, etc.), while cutting customer service,
and ignoring all questionable or outright fraudulent business practices
so long as they are paying for their permits and sending in their
quarterly sales tax payments.
