This buyer sounds like a newbie who has no idea about anything. I
wouldn;t worry about the one negative feedback you've gotten in 12
years. People who know you know that you're an excellent vendor and
people who don't and have to check your rating will still see 99.9%
positive. If you still can under Ebay's new policy, post a comment under
his negative feedback politely explaining that this guy is a jerk.

  Just wanted to mention a BAD experience I had with a buyer named Mario
Quant who buys under
GoldWings08   After answering dozens of questions from this guy,(who
knows very little about movie posters and is obviously new to the
hobby), he finally bid on one of my posters and won the auction---a $50
to $75 one sheet at a whopping $19.99!!  Well, needless to say,
GoldWings08 wasn't COMPLETELY satisfied with the poster upon
arrival---so...instead of following eBay's rules and contacting the
seller (me) to try and work out whatever problem there might be, he
IMMEDIATELY gave me a NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!  If he'd emailed me with a
complaint, I would have refunded ALL of his money and told him to keep
the damned poster!
This is the ONLY WAY I'VE EVER gotten a negative feedback.  When a buyer
immediately forgoes all lines of communication (apparently the very
thing eBay instructs buyers NOT to do)---and issues a Negative
Feedback,,,without contacting me by email, phone or otherwise even ONCE.

  So, I just wanted to put out a warning to all about GoldWings08   Hey,
this type of situation an happen to anybody. You can have a 100%
Positive Feedback Rating through 12 years of eBay and some dumb-ass
like GoldWings08 can take it away in a New York minute...
