i have never understood why Heritage starts (most of) their ebay auctions at
$1.00. if you start at 99cents (or less), the listing fee for you is less.
why not stop making ebay those extra pennies per auction, which add up since
you list often.

(similarly, when i have bought from your Signature or Sunday night auctions, i
have to use Paypal since you do not accept AMEX directly. wouldnt it be more
cost effective to accept AMEX?)
