I have one for Gone With The Wind. This sort of thing used to turn up often in thrift shops and the like. Valuable? No. Collectible? Depends on whether you're a fan of the specific movie. If you're a completist and want everything on a given title, they're collectible.
Now the Grosset and Dunlap photoplay books from the 20s and 30s are a different story, depending on the title. I found a Frankenstein at a book sale a couple of years ago. It had some great stills from the movie!
