I disagree with the policy and I think she has standing to claim intellectual property violation for a studio publicity still but Ebay clearly has decided it does not want to have to deal with frivolous lawsuits from this woman. It's just not worth their while and frankly they don't care if they inconvenience one of their sellers. FRANC
