It's obvious Ms. Corday is now a senile old woman whom a blood-sucking
lawyer has got his hooks into and he has convinced her she needs to
continue paying him to keep doing this (and monitoring Ebay for
"violations") in order to "protect her legacy" (small and insignificant
as it may be). It's just foolish, but Ebay is so afraid of being sued --
whether the suit has any legal merit or not -- that they allow
themselves to be manipulated this way.
Look for more of this to happen as other lawyers realize there is money
to be made charging clients to "protect their VERO rights online".
