I agree and would've said so sooner but I've been out of state. Tried
to do my emails on my cell, but I'm just not good at that. I wonder
if you have that kind of stamina elsewhere...

Hey Rich,
I , and many, have been watching, when you took over Movieposterbid
three years ago and to be honest I didn't think you could make it;
that you were batting your head against the wall. It seemed, for
quite awhile, you were and I wondered when you were going to give up.
You didn't! You kept at it; persevered, overcame opposition; must
have been discouraged, at times, but............did indeed, hang in
there. It's almost like you hitched your wagon to a notion and
would not let go. I, for one, admire that!
I have been curious and have watched the evolution of your
business. You have slowly, but increasingly,....and steadfastly
increased the volume and quality of your paper offerings. You have
my sincere admiration Rich and epitomize or embody Entrepreneurship,
Indeed, Congratuations Rich!

Bruce..
these are only members on MoviePosterBid. my comic book auction
site is not currently offering anything and I stopped the CDRom+
download comics sales last year (largely because of pirates who
have stolen my publications & posted them on 100s of sites for
free)..
so these are all movie poster buyers (or other cinema items that we
occasionally list)
since I took over MoviePosterBid in April 2006, we have added 1204
members and we've had more than $340,000 in total sales, which
includes all other sellers as well as myself. However, more than
1/2 of those sales have happened in the last 18 months and the pace
is getting faster on all levels. people signing up at a faster
rate, prices realized increasing and the quality of merchandise
that we're offering is of course increasing to satisfy the bidders,
which results in more bidders signing up!!! 2010 is going to be a
banner year.
but it has been and continues to be a lot of work.. I took 5 hours
off last week to play poker & I've been trying to catch up at the
office all week!!

A question. Are these 1,700 people who signed up to buy movie
paper, or does it also include comic book buyers, CD ROM buyers,
etc? If it is the former, that is incredibly impressive (if it is
the latter, it is only slightly less impressive!).

last 100 members have signed up faster than ever before at a rate
of 1...@day.. Makes me wonder how fast the next 100 will sign up??
