It's just too bad that Gresham had to file suit to get past the "brick wall of mostly silence". An honest and reputable dealer would have been proactive in the way they handled the situation. Like how Bruce responded when a few months back when he found out he had been mistaken in some past sales. That is how a class act responds, not with stalling tactics and hiding behind their attorney.
