Hi Folks,
Many of you know I am an avid reader of movie related bios. I just got done
with an excellant biography on the Warner Brothers entitled Hollywood Be Thy
Name. If you don't know about the brothers, their push to make their business
successful and at the same time the turmoil between each of them than you
really should read this book. I knew the name before reading this but not
really much about the brothers. After reading this it makes me really want to
walk up to Jack Warner and really give him a kick in the film reels (if he was
still around). If anyone has a recommendation of another good bio based on a
vintage star, studio, producer or such please drop me a line either out here or
privately. I have gotten some great recommendations in the past and always
looking for more. Thanks in advance.
