In that ad are numerous pictures of our 35,000 square foot warehouse,
which is subdivided into many sections where we prepare up to 2,000 auctions
every week, and where we invoice the orders, pack them, and ship them.
By sheer coincidence, I just happened to come across a picture of our
old warehouse from 1999, which we had moved to two years before. This
warehouse contained 10,000 square feet, and when we moved in from our old
1,000 square foot office I remember commenting, "We could never fill all
this space"! Well two years later, we HAD filled it up, but mostly because
we were massively disorganized in those days (of course we had not yet
started consignment sales, so we owned all the items we sold, so we didn't
need to be very organized).

If you are wondering who that young fellow is who is sitting in the middle
of all that clutter, that is 19 year old Phillip Wages, who I had hired
around 6 months before! Over the next few months and years Phillip has
helped me completely organize this business in every possible way, and it is
hard to believe that we started from such humble beginnings!*
