Thanks John, yep, just wasn't sure what the original testy alert came about for.

And yes, I'm happy disagreeing on/discussing posters.

Anyway back on topic, good manners, and I can't help thinking of a little old lady in a wheelchair being helped down the stairs.

Hi Richard
My comment was only general and not in reference to the Kiss of Death discussion at all. I didnt think your comments were in any way ill natured and I can certainly see your point that the one sheet is actually quite unique. I just like the art on the daybill but in the end its all open to personal taste.
Regards
John

We're in agreement.
I think.
You and Phil disagreed with on it, and carried on disagreeing back.
Giving my opinion.
My last post wasn't meant to ill natured, or read as testy, but I prefer not to use these: " : ) "
Anyway, more interesting topic on the go now.

I havent seen any real change in MoPo. There have always been times when people get testy over various issues. Anyone who posts an opinion should be prepared to accept that some may not agree with that opinion.

Rich
I couldn’t agree more its gotten so its not worth stating a view unless you want to listen to a tirade from those that disagree and even those that agree. Back in the sixties when I was quite active in politics we would strongly support our cause and end up in the same bars enjoying a drink or three with the opposition. It was civil AND FUN. There is No one right answer.

I couldn't agree more with this

the reality is that when you have certain tv stations, radio hosts and other leaders spilling vitriol on a daily basis it permeates throughout. One major over-riding factor however is this: people have come to believe that everything they think is right IS while thinkng everything other people think about IS NOT. It's an inability to look objectively ate things and understand there is give and take, what's good for the goose is what's good for the gander and regardless of whether you agree with your opposites or not, you're supposed to treat people with mutual respect as well as respect the beliefs of your opposites.

it isn't confined to America, but admittedly our nation is a hotspot for such behavior
