elsewhere:

This guy buys a rolled poster and a folded poster, forces me to ship
together to combine on shipping, and then decides to return them in an
inferior tube, and file a PayPal claim because they "were not as
described." He never said exactly how the posters were not as described,
other than to say "they were not as described," refusing to answer me
after I sent three emails asking what the problem was. Of course, the
tube he used was crushed and the posters are now damaged...and the Paypal
claim? he won because PayPal is an ignorant and biased corporation, and I
am appealing (with little luck I'm sure). People are such boneheads.
My description says "no returns" unless the description is wrong - PayPal
does not care that the buyer provided ZERO information to back his claim,
and that the posters were returned damaged. Ebay and PayPal, the worst
merger ever.
