I hate these guys and even though I know I am just talking to a brick wall I
still find I need to 'kindly' mention things to them if not to just see what
kind of response I get to get a feel for the seller.  In the case of this
seller he told me that if I personally looked at the lobby cards I would see
that they were 77 years old.  If you have dealt with lobby cards from Mexico
you will know that the paper used and fact that they seem to have been
displayed in displays that were unprotected from the weather they can really
show age even from titles I have from the late 1960s & 1970s.  First time I
have had a seller tell me that the cards actually look worse than the picture
might appear.

Jesus, Phil, you're such a no-it-all...
Trying to talk these willfully ignorant sellers is like trying to teach a pig
to dance; it's frustrating for you and annoying to the pig. I used to be a
conscientious Portal Publications Policeman ("Zip codes weren't instituted
until the early 1960s!") but after being told to perform anatomically
impossible acts upon myself a couple of times, I just quit fighting the tsunami
of stupidity.
I do salute you for trying, Phil...
