Several folks have been sending me private replies to topics I have been bringing up. Now don't get me wrong - that have all been quite friendly, interesting and informative. And I welcome the replies and insights.
But it would be great if folks would reply to the MOPO group itself. It helps the list to share ideas and experiences with everyone. I started on MOPO in 1995 near the inception of the list and was very active for many years. You'll see my name as a contributor on www.filmfan.com (I contributed some resto information as I had been studying resto for several years before my MOPO start). A few years hiatus where I went back I returned to my first love, music (began that in 1973). I've I've only recently returned to posting here. Nice to see some of the old names still around. Now I KNOW this place can sometimes feel intimidating or clique-ish or even snobbish at times. But post to the group anyway! It will benefit.
