This is an original release 11" x 14" lobby card for the original
release of one of Hollywood's greatest films -- CASABLANCA from
1942, directed by Michael Curtiz. This war-time romance, starring
Humphrey Bogart, Ingrid Bergman, and many other popular actors of
the period is considered one of the finest films ever made and an
Academy Award Oscar Winner for Best Picture. This particular
card is know as the "letters of transit" card in which Bogart
discusses these crucial papers with a characteristically slimy
Sydney Greenstreet. Condition of the card is fine & unfaded.
There are two small pinholes near Bogart's hat, some surface
abrasion in the left white border, a missing piece of paper in the
bottom right border below the copyright text. Estimated value of

know as the "high school dance" scene in which the floor of the gym
opens up to reveal a swimming pool and the leads and others plunge
in! This particular scene was shot at Beverly Hills High School
gym in California. Condition of the card is very fine & unfaded.
