I appreciate the kind words, but don't count out our WINTER auction which begins at the end of November! It has a lot of really great items, including the sort you almost never see (oddly enough there is a Rear Window three-sheet!).

I just hope some people have some money left by that point (or that the government hasn't found yet another way to take it from us)!

WELL, I have to admit once again Grey has put together another incredible auction.....cant wait for the life auction in Beverly Hills....it is about time to move the auction to the west-coast....dont know for certain but there might be more poster collectors in the LA area than compared to any other city if I am not mistaken...certainly some really big gun collectors in town and being the entertainment center helps a lot...and combined with the local Profiles in History and LA poster Bonhams auctions there is no other US or worldwide city that host any big life film poster auctions anymore not even NYC...this is certainly a sign.....love it !!!

NOW, I believe Bruce's HALLOWEEN auction is spectacular as well because I have not seen so many horror and sci-fi posters in such incredible condition for a very very very long time. I was quite taken by the selection and the condition....Thursday's auction preview does highlight some great half sheets and inserts...Some of these posters have become incredible rare. Condition and non-restored paper have become incredible important in my book and I believe for the entire movie poster collection field. I rather wait for a non-restored poster at auction and pay a higher price. It will be interesting....it will be a hot November !!!!!!
