Luckily for me, I'm about as far away in Australia as possible from the floods, but know plenty of people over there affected. Terrible. Was at a friends house yesterday and he hasn't heard from his sister for a week, the phone is down and no mobile reception. Nobody can give him info if she is alive or not as yet. She only moved there from Western Australia a few weeks ago. Ari

My daughter lives in Brisbane and waded out of her house neck deep in flood waters (she's on the diminuitive side!) with her immediate valuables and her new Jack Russell puppy on her head.
