That happens to us all the time here in my shop with framing orders. I get someone who comes in and needed their item framed yesterday, so we use to run around like crazy to get it done for them, often putting their job in front of someone else. Then I would call to say "hey, it's done" and I would get "oh, o.k. well I can't get there until next week or I don't get paid for two weeks and will come pick it up then." Sometimes the frame job sits here for months. I have someone who brought several items in August and wanted them quickly and here they still sit! So, I ignore most of people's craziness now or get them to pay up front and then I know they are serious. Sue www.hollywoodposterframes.com
