I have never seen one. I have heard that there was a poster done for the "crack in the ice" art that featured as the full page colour lift-out promo that was in Variety, but have never seen one, or know anyone that has seen one, and from what I have gathered over the years, it's a case of people wishing it into existence, so to speak.
