Yes, it's Judi Dench in 1968. In Sunday's New York Times Book Review, there
will be a review of her new memoir, "And Furthermore." The subscriber's link
is here but I think all books and art and movie-related links are live for all
readers:

Most of the e-mails I received privately instantly recognized Judi Dench - but
some of the incorrect guesses I got included names like Dianne Wiest, Glenda
Jackson and Julie Christie. -d.

Subject: OT - Who is this woman?

A friend sent the image below to me this morning as a test and I was clueless.
He would only say the woman was 34 years old when it was taken. Later I
guessed correctly but only after he offered this clue - "she once said hers was
be the only un-lifted face in Hollywood." Most of you keen-eyed members will
identify her immediately. But I was VERY SLOW picking it up.
